Payment Issues - Not marked paid

How do we resolve Clients Payment Issues?

We get many clients asking for Payment Issues, and there are some of the cases listed below:

1. Paypal Payment not marked as Paid: Please Open a Support Ticket and give us the Transaction ID.
2. Perfect Money Payment not marked as Paid: Please Open a Support Ticket and give us the Payment ID.


After we receive the Client's Payment Transaction ID, the Payment will be cleared and your service will be Updated within 24 hours.

Note: We are not a payment gateway but a hosting service provider. In any event, if there is double payment made by you or payment is not being captured please bring it to our notice and we will resolve the issue in our capacity. In any event, if the invoice is not updated in our system, the system continues to perform its action accordingly. Its the client's responsibility to bring it to our notice if the payment is not captured.
