How do I connect to my FTP server ?

You will need to connect to using your login info using a FTP Client such as CuteFTP.

How come I can't delete a folder via FTP ?

Your FTP Client needs to be able to view Hidden files or you need to enable it inside your FTP Client. If you really can't delete it then just contact us.

When using php or perl, I get errors related to permission denied could not open/read file, what is wrong?

Make sure your scripts are writable. Simply chmod 777 the file or change the file to read/write from your ftp client.

How do I stop billing and cancel account ?

If you wish to close your account simply contact our helpdesk's billing dept. If you want to request for a refund please include your payment info as well. Then you'll need to cancel your paypal subscription if you have one made.
