2. Scope of Refund Eligibility
Our 48-Hour Money-Back Guarantee applies only to the following product categories:

- ● Payment Gateway Fees and Domain Name Purchases
- ● Installation Fees for Custom Software or Applications
- ● The cancellation request is made within 48 hours of initial server delivery, and
- ● The service experiences verifiable unexpected downtime or unresolved technical failures directly attributable to Parkinhost’s infrastructure.

- ● The client fails to cancel auto subscriptions. No refunds will be provided for non-cancellation of payment subscriptions. Clients are responsible for cancelling their subscriptions prior to the renewal or payment processing date.
Refund eligibility within these categories is conditional upon the occurrence of unresolved server-level issues or prolonged service downtime not rectified by our technical team within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds will not be granted for user misconfiguration, script errors, or incompatibility with third-party software, as all unmanaged services require the customer to maintain and configure their environment independently.

3. Non-Refundable Services
Due to their customized and resource-allocated nature, the following products and services are strictly non-refundable once provisioned or delivered:

4. Refund Categories and Conditions

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback through PayPal, Credit Card, or any payment processor will automatically void refund eligibility and may result in service suspension.
Customers must follow the official cancellation and refund procedure through the client portal by submitting a Sales Support Ticket specifying the cancellation reason.

Customers with outstanding balances or unpaid invoices are ineligible for refunds or new service activations until all dues are cleared. ParkInHost reserves the right to deduct administrative or transaction fees incurred during the refund process.
