OVERVIEW

ParkInHost caters to clients across the globe and is committed to safeguarding every customer’s interests while delivering high-quality, reliable hosting solutions. These Terms of Service (“TOS”) outline the rules, rights, and obligations that govern the use of ParkInHost’s web-hosting and infrastructure services.

By registering for or using any service offered by ParkInHost, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, along with all related policies such as the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

ParkInHost primarily provides unmanaged VPS and Dedicated Server solutions. Clients are fully responsible for configuring, maintaining, and managing their servers and installed software unless an explicit management plan has been purchased.

Our mission is to maintain the highest global standards in hosting reliability, performance, and client satisfaction.

ACCOUNT SETUP

ParkInHost will set up your hosting account once full payment has been received and verified by us and/or our authorized payment partners after standard fraud screening.

2.1 Verification and Activation

● Email verification is mandatory for all new sign-ups. Orders without verified emails will not proceed to provisioning or delivery.

● It is your responsibility to provide a valid and active email address that is not associated with the domain you are signing up for.

● All critical communication—including abuse reports, billing notifications, and support correspondence—will be sent to your registered primary email address.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You must ensure that all information provided during sign-up (including contact details, billing address, and company information, if applicable) is accurate and current.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete contact information may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

2.3 Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. ParkInHost shall not be liable for any unauthorized access or misuse resulting from your failure to secure login details.

ParkInHost reserves the right to request additional verification or identification documents before activating, modifying, or transferring an account to ensure compliance and prevent fraudulent activity.

2.4 Unmanaged Services Disclaimer

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all VPS and Dedicated Server offerings are unmanaged services.

This means configuration, installation, security hardening, software management, and troubleshooting of internal applications are entirely the client’s responsibility.

ParkInHost will not access, modify, or repair internal system issues unless covered under an additional managed service plan.

SERVICE DELIVERY

ParkInHost reserves all rights related to order processing and delivery timelines. Email verification for all new signups is mandatory immediately after placing the order. Orders that remain unverified do not qualify for delivery until verification is completed.

In general, Dedicated Servers are delivered within 1–3 working days, and in some cases instantly. However, ParkInHost maintains a 1–5 working days delivery policy, subject to timely email verification and stock availability..

VPS orders are typically delivered instantly, though ParkInHost reserves the right to deliver within 24 hours (1 working day).

Please note that these are estimated delivery times; actual activation may vary based on order volume, verification delays, or data-center stock. Working days are considered Monday to Friday only.

SUPPORT POLICY

Such termination may occur, including but not limited to, in the event of your violation of these Terms of Service, applicable laws, or any activity deemed harmful to ParkInHost’s interests, network integrity, or reputation.

Termination may result in the permanent deletion or forfeiture of all data, files, and information associated with your account. All fees paid to ParkInHost are strictly non-refundable. Any outstanding fees or amounts due prior to termination shall become immediately payable, including any additional costs incurred by ParkInHost for recovery or collection (such as reasonable attorney or processing fees).

ParkInHost reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or disable any website, account, database, or other related component that violates this policy. In urgent or severe cases, such actions may be taken without prior notification to protect network integrity and service reputation.

Additionally, ParkInHost reserves the right to impose a cleanup or administrative fee on the account holder responsible for sending spam or causing network abuse. The amount of such fee will be determined solely at ParkInHost’s discretion and may vary depending on the severity of the incident and associated recovery costs.

Please note: IP addresses allocated for hosting services must be configured properly for legitimate mail server use. ParkInHost does not support or coordinate delisting from third-party blacklists such as Spamhaus PBL, UCEProtect, or similar organizations. No replacements or refunds will be issued for IP addresses listed on such blacklists, as ParkInHost is not responsible for external RBL (Real-time Blackhole List) actions or policies. ParkInHost reserves all rights to protect its infrastructure, maintain mail server integrity, and cooperate fully with anti-spam and abuse reporting organizations to ensure a trusted hosting environment.

    PAYMENT INFORMATION

You agree to provide and maintain valid payment information for all services received from ParkInHost, and to make payments in advance of each service period. Unless and until you formally notify ParkInHost of your intent to cancel any service, such services will continue to be billed on a recurring basis according to the selected billing cycle.

Invoices will be generated prior to each renewal term, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure timely payment to avoid service suspension or termination

ParkInHost reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to revise service pricing, billing intervals, or any related charges, which shall take effect in subsequent billing periods.

All payments must be made in full and on time. No refund will be provided for non-cancellation of payment subscriptions or for failure to submit a valid cancellation request prior to renewal.

    BACKUPS AND DATA LOSS

Your use of ParkInHost services is entirely at your own risk. ParkInHost does not perform or maintain automatic backups of customer data under any service category, including but not limited to VPS, Dedicated Servers, or Shared Hosting. Any data stored on our servers — including files, databases, configurations, and emails — is the sole responsibility of the customer.

While we make every reasonable effort to maintain stable infrastructure and high uptime, ParkInHost cannot and does not guarantee the integrity, availability, or preservation of customer data. It is the client’s sole responsibility to regularly create, maintain, and securely store their own backups using remote or local storage solutions of their choice.

In the event of hardware failure, malfunction, or system error, ParkInHost shall not be held liable for any resulting data loss, corruption, or service disruption. You are solely responsible for maintaining up-to-date and complete backups of all files, data, and configurations stored on ParkInHost servers. ParkInHost shall not be held liable for any data loss, corruption, or recovery issues arising from hardware failure, human error, or any other cause.

Backup restoration services, when available, may be subject to additional fees and are provided without any guarantee of completeness or accuracy.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that ParkInHost bears no responsibility for maintaining or recovering customer data and that data protection and backup management remain entirely your obligation.

    CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

ParkInHost reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate any account at any time, at its sole discretion. Customers acknowledge that a minimum of 7 days’ written cancellation notice prior to the next renewal term must be provided to ParkInHost. Failure to do so will make the customer responsible for the full payment of the following billing term.

    Cancellation Guidelines

To process a cancellation, the request must meet the following requirements:

    • The cancellation request must be submitted to the Billing Department.
    • It must be sent from the primary email address associated with the account.
    • The request must include the main IP address of the server or service being cancelled.
    • Note 1: Although servers are typically set to cancel at the end of their current billing cycle, please be aware of the following:

If a server is in high demand, ParkInHost reserves the right to terminate it immediately after receiving the cancellation request. Customers are therefore strongly advised to take complete backups of all data before submitting a cancellation. Ensure that there are no pending tasks, active projects, or dependencies tied to the server prior to cancellation. If you wish to revert a cancellation, please open a support ticket immediately or reply promptly to the confirmation email sent after submitting your cancellation request.

Note 2: It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel any active payment subscriptions made through third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, etc.) at the time of service cancellation. Please note that any subscription authorization made through a third-party payment gateway is initiated and managed by the customer. Therefore, the customer must cancel the payment subscription at the time of server cancellation. ParkInHost does not automatically manage or terminate such external subscriptions. If a payment subscription remains active after the service has been cancelled, the associated service will continue to renew, and corresponding charges will apply. Payments processed under an active third-party subscription after service cancellation are non-refundable.

ParkInHost offers a 15-day money-back guarantee only for first-time purchases of shared web hosting, reseller, SSL services. This refund policy does not apply to VPS, dedicated servers, domain registrations, product add-ons, or management services. Domain names, however, can be transferred to the client after 60 days from the date of subscription.

Accounts that are suspended, cancelled, or terminated by ParkInHost due to Terms of Service violations do not qualify for refunds, even if the customer later decides to correct the violation. Additionally, the refund guarantee is applicable only to first-time customers. If you have previously held an account, cancelled it, and later signed up again — or if you opened multiple accounts — you will not be eligible for a refund.

Free Domain Policy: Free domains are provided for the lifetime of the hosting package. If the customer cancels the hosting plan at any time, ParkInHost will require full payment for the cost of the domain for the first year in order for the customer to retain ownership of the domain. Any approved refund requests will automatically deduct the cost of the free domain from the refunded amount. For more information regarding the 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee, please refer to the dedicated refund policy page.

    CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Under this Terms of Service Agreement, you are required to contact ParkInHost first to attempt to resolve any billing or payment disputes before contacting your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to initiate a chargeback or dispute.

All billing disputes must be submitted in writing to the ParkInHost Billing Department within 7 days (one week) of the invoice payment date in question. Failure to notify ParkInHost within this time frame may forfeit your right to dispute the charge.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to follow this dispute resolution procedure prior to engaging your financial institution. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute contrary to this agreement, ParkInHost reserves the right to:

    • Suspend or terminate your 'all" services immediately without prior notice.
    • Refer your account to a third-party collection agency or sell your outstanding debt, including any associated administrative or recovery fees.
    • Pursue legal action to recover owed amounts, including reasonable costs and attorney’s fees incurred during the process.

    • BANDWIDTH USAGE AND FAIR USE POLICY

Each hosting account is allocated a monthly bandwidth allowance, which varies based on the hosting plan selected at the time of purchase. This bandwidth allocation defines the maximum amount of data that can be transferred to and from your account during the billing period.

If your account exceeds the allocated bandwidth, ParkInHost reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take one or more of the following actions:

      • Suspend the account until the start of the next billing cycle.
      • Suspend the account until additional bandwidth is purchased at an extra cost.
      • Suspend the account until you upgrade to a higher-tier hosting plan that includes more bandwidth.
      • Terminate the account for excessive or repeated overuse.
      • Charge additional fees for bandwidth overages at the applicable rates.
      • Please note that unused bandwidth from one month cannot be carried over to subsequent months. It is your responsibility to monitor and manage bandwidth usage to ensure continued service availability.

        UNMETERED BANDWIDTH

The term “Unmetered Bandwidth” applies to hosting plans with high bandwidth allocations, allowing customers to utilize up to 30TB per month under a Fair Usage Policy, unless otherwise stated. This policy applies to all hosting plans, including Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS Services, and Dedicated Servers.

Once the 30TB monthly bandwidth limit is reached, the respective service may be automatically suspended, charged for additional usage, or limited to minimal bandwidth, as applicable. To reactivate the service, customers must purchase additional bandwidth packages at the rates applicable to their plan. Until such payment is made, the service will remain suspended or inaccessible.

For clients or resellers with very high bandwidth requirements, ParkInHost strongly recommends opting for Dedicated Unmetered Bandwidth plans.

In cases of over-usage beyond 30TB, additional bandwidth will be billed at rates applicable on a time-to-time basis per GB/TB. If a client or reseller consistently consumes bandwidth significantly beyond standard allocations, ParkInHost reserves the right to require a deposit or apply other usage-based conditions at its discretion.

        PRICE CHANGE

ParkInHost reserves the right to modify pricing for any of its services or adjust the resources allocated to hosting plans at any time, without prior notice.

Any such price adjustments will take effect from the next renewal cycle—whether monthly, quarterly, or annually—depending on the billing term of the service. Prices will not be altered during an active billing period, ensuring that current subscriptions remain unaffected until renewal.

ParkInHost also reserves the right to revise or update plan specifications, promotions, or discounts at its sole discretion.

        CONTENT MODERATION (DSA)

ParkInHost moderates all hosted content and services to ensure compliance with these Terms of Service and applicable laws. We take action based on:

        • User notices submitted under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA);
        • Notifications from trusted flaggers;
        • Valid orders issued by competent authorities or courts;
        • Internal detections of abuse such as malware, phishing, or spam; and
        • Violations of these Terms or related policies.
        • Limited automated tools may assist in the detection of abusive or illegal content; however, wherever feasible, decisions with significant impact are subject to human review. Unless prohibited by law or safety considerations, ParkInHost will notify affected users of moderation actions, including a brief explanation of the reason, and provide an internal complaint mechanism for review.
